Do we have gluten-free options?

All items are processed on the same equipment. So, while we have options that do not have gluten-containing ingredients you must assume that all items will have at least trace amounts of gluten.

Are there nuts present in your chocolate?

All items are processed on the same equipment. So, you must assume that all items will at the least contain trace amounts of nut allergens.

Do you use any eggs in your product?

Our truffle creams do contain egg products.

Do you make sugar-free products?

No, we do not.

Do you make items that are not shown on our website?

Yes! We have many other options that are available. Just call the store to see if we have what you need.

How long will my chocolate-dipped strawberries last?

We recommend eating your strawberries within 24 hours of pickup. Definitely refrigerate them if you do not plan on eating them the same day as pickup.

If I order off your website, how long before my items ship?

Typical orders ship out every Tuesday or Wednesday if the order is received on the preceding Saturday morning or before. For larger orders, for corporate events usually, you will receive an email or call to discuss the timeframe.

How long does chocolate last?

Solid chocolate, such as bars will last 6 months to a year when stored in a cool, 75° and lower, and dark place like a kitchen cabinet. You do not want to expose your chocolate to prolonged and direct sunlight. Truffles and confections we recommend eating within 2 weeks of purchase. 

Do I need to refrigerate my chocolate?

It is not necessary to refrigerate chocolate but for many, it does enhance the flavor. Also, it will help extend the life of our truffles’ ganache.

We have been serving San Antonio chocolate since 2005.

Are we family owned and operated?

Yes, we are family owned and operated.

How far in advance do I need to place my order?

For most orders 24 to 48 hours is enough, bear in mind we are currently closed on Sundays and Mondays. For larger orders, you will need to call the store to get an accurate timeframe.
